Jerry Sun – Founder and President As the founder of MinChem Jerry once handled all administration, sales, scheduling and trafficking responsibilities. Jerry continues to handle supply contracts and the bulk of scheduling our imports. Through the years he has assembled a highly experienced and trained professional staff that allows him to spend more time with his wife and three children. |

Pat DiClemente – Sales and Marketing Retired 2013 - Pat continues to be a close personal friend and consultant whenever we need help. He is enjoying his retirement spending time with his family, especially his granddaughter. |

Cathy R. Gibson – Operations and Logistics / Office Administrator After working in international import and export for more than 20 years Cathy brought her highly polished communication and documentation skills to MinChem. Cathy handles customer communications and works directly with them coordinating vessel discharge operations; Cathy also works with our various agents, stevedores, barge supplies, customs brokers and surveyor personnel at both loading and discharge ports. In addition, Cathy handles all administrative duties for day to day operation of our Houston corporate office. |

Jonathan Zou – Vice President and Chief Financial Officer With over 10 year of experience, Jonathan joined MinChem in 1997. He handles accounting duties including financial reports as well as summaries and forecasts for future business growth and general economic outlook. Supervises investment of funds; works with banks and/or investment bankers to raise additional capital as required for expansion. His spare time is spent with his wife and 2 children. |

Harry Li – Quality Control Manager Harry joined MinChem in 2008 and brings years of experience in accounting and logistics. Harry now handles our quality control department and oversees loading, shipment & documentation of ore tested and approved for shipment to the U.S. Harry enjoys his off time with his wife and 3 children. |

Stacy Sun – Shipping Manager Stacy joined MinChem in 1998 and has managed shipping, importing of a number of miscellaneous products in containers all the way to their final destination. Stacy also assists with office administration. She spends her spare time with her family. |
